Common questions

The tuner or grading cannot hear me

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure Soloist Ukulele is enabled. Play in a quiet room within about 30 cm of your device. The app leaves an unclear take ungraded instead of guessing.

Restore Soloist Pro

Open Soloist Ukulele → Toolkit → Settings → Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple Account used for the subscription.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Soloist Ukulele. Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refund requests.

Delete the Coach account

Open Soloist Ukulele → Toolkit → Settings → Privacy → Delete Coach Account. This removes the Coach account records and session; it does not cancel an App Store subscription or erase practice data stored on your device.
