These terms cover the Soloist family of apps — Soloist (guitar), Soloist Violin, and future Soloist instrument apps. By using a Soloist app you agree to these terms.

The service

Soloist apps are instrument learning apps: lessons, tuner, metronome, on-device song capture, honest grading, and an optional practice coach. Features may evolve over time.

Soloist Pro

Each Soloist app offers Pro as an auto-renewable subscription: US$9.99/month or US$59.99/year (prices may vary by region; the App Store shows your exact price). The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are per app.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple's standard refund process applies.

Fair use

The in-app Coach has monthly fair-use limits. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Your content

Anything you play or capture stays yours. Make sure you have the right to capture audio you import.

Soloist apps are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
